    Quality Assurance & Control Officer

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist the Production Manager in setting and maintaining quality control methods.
    • Ensure all measuring and testing equipment are properly maintained and are with calibration requirements.
    • Coordinates in testing raw materials and ensuring that they are with production requirements.
    • Monitors production process identification loopholes within the process flow.
    •  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND) in Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Laboratory Technology Ceramics Engineering, etc.
    • Competency Certificate in Quantity Control with an authorized training institute.
    • Membership or Training certificate with the Institute of Professional Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN) will be an added advantage.
    • 5 years Experience in the relevant production sector

    Internal Auditor

    Job Summary:

    • We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven professional for one of our clients in the Manufacturing sector to join their team as an Internal Auditor.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing our internal operations, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • As an Internal Auditor, you will collaborate with various departments to conduct audits, analyze financial data, and ensure that internal controls effectively safeguard company assets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform risk assessment of company operations and develop annual audit plans.
    • Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, financial systems, and operational procedures.
    • Review financial statements, accounting records, and other documentation to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
    • Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
    • Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
    • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and provide guidance on corrective actions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing.
    • Assist in special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
    • Foster a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CIA certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as Internal Auditor
    • Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and auditing standards (e.g., COSO, SOX).
    • Proficiency in data analysis and auditing software (e.g., ACL, IDEA).
    • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Integrity, objectivity, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.

    HSE Officers

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinates with the Lead HSE in the implementation of the Safety Work plan.
    • Conduct periodic walk-through site inspections for identification of hazards and safety non-conformity.
    • Carryout Induction and other in-house Safety Awareness programs.
    • Coordinates with relevant section in conducting Hazard risk assessment, and issuance of permit to work system.
    • Conducting accident investigation process and coordinate with Lead HSE in developing and implementing corrective action plans to reduce industrial accidents.

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Relevant pure science and environmental field such as Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biochemistry etc.
    • Competency Training in Health Safety and Environment HSE level 2 & 3. Basic fire Safety 2 & 3.
    • Certification from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) will be an added advantage.
    • 3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing plant

    Human Resources Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
    • Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Develop and implement compensation and benefits packages.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
    • Administer training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet organizational needs.

    Requirements:

    • CIPM membership is plus.
    • Expereince in a manufacturing industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
