    Sales Manager (Customer Acquisition)

    Job Overview

    • This role will be responsible for identifying new sales prospects, driving digital sales of LifeBank's core products through the Nerve App.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services
    • Communicating regularly with the Vice President of Sales about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance

    • The Customer Acquisition Agent plays a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on customer satisfaction for the business.
    • The Customer Acquisition Agent develops and builds relationships and partnerships by being attentive, service-oriented, and courteous to customers and extensive partners

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications

    • A Degree in Sales or any related field
    • Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Business Developer /Sales Officer
    • Charismatic, outgoing, with great communication skills, a people’s person, relentless and above all committed, driven and hardworking.

    Reporting Structure:

    • The Job Title will report to the Vice President of Sales

    Facility Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Facility officer oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems and supports the daily operations of the organization.
    • This role ensures a safe, functional, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.

    Reporting Structure:

    • This Job Title will report to the VP Operations through the Operations Lead

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all facilities including storage facilities and office spaces are properly maintained and in good working condition
    • Oversee sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility
    • Manage utilities such as electricity, water to ensure uninterrupted supply and efficient usage
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
    • Implement security measures to protect company assets, employees and products.
    • Assist in space planning and allocation to optimize the use of facilities and accommodate growth or changes
    • Develop and manage budgets for facility-related expenses, such as maintenance, utilities and security
    • Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers such as maintenance vendors and security firms
    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on facility-related matters.
    • Respond to requests and concerns related to facility operations.
    • Communicate maintenance schedules and disruptions to stakeholders.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to facility staff, including training, supervision and performance management
    • Attend to other assigned task

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in facility management or related field.
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in use of microsoft
