    Social Media and Community Manager (Advertising Agency)

    • The Company is seeking to hire a talented and result-driven Social-Media and Community Manager who will be responsible for building the client’s brand online presence and fosters stronger relationships between the brand and the public.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, forum and blog.
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction for all projects managed by the client and also between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
    • Drive revenue generation by sourcing new business from digital marketing projects.
    • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
    • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry
    • Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar.
    • Respond to customers in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate in developing, implementing and managing social media strategy.
    • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
    • Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring they are in line with the brand’s voice and tone.
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media technologies and tools.
    • Collaborate with Art Directors to create informative, engaging & appealing content.
    • Timely posting of original and curated contents.
    • Engaging with our audience via posts, replies and DM responses.
    • Coordinate and provide supervisory functions of the client’s social media team.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.
    • Analyzing data from social media channels to measure the impact of campaigns and adjust future efforts accordingly.
    • Mentor other social media managers to help them grow.
    • Any other tasks assigned by the Strategy Director.

    • Revenue generated from digital marketing projects sourced or grown

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or its equivalent.
    • 5 years of full-time experience in social media and community management.
    • Copywriting skills; You must be able to create messages that are quickly understood by your brand’s audience and promote a positive sentiment for the brand
    • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.

    Digital Marketing Strategist

    • The Company is seeking to hire a talented and result-driven Digital Strategist with track record of success in digital marketing within the professional services or creative industry.
    • The Digital Strategist is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for client brands.
    • The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of a client business and drive growth opportunities.
    • The ideal candidate for this role must be able to provide answers to key questions such as how brands are communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into the broader customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop unique strategies and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet or exceed objectives.
    • Execute projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget.
    • Foster timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines are met.

    • Manage research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behavior and key motivational/attitudinal behavior.
    • Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes.
    • Manage budget campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
    • Write and transmit conference reports to clients and agency teams.
    • Review statements and estimates of work prior to client review.
    • Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients.
    • Ensure accountability is established during the project planning process.
    • Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & recent results.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or its equivalent.
    • 3 to 5 years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising (digital experience required)
    • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
    • Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
    • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners.
    • Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
    • Professional certification in Advertising/Marketing
    • Google analytics certificate
    • Digital Marketing certification
    • Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software and other Company and discipline specific software applications
