    Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
    • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
    • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a positive community.

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Design and execute digital content strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
    • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality content.
    • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

    Digital Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

    Website Management:

    • Oversee the company website to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to improve site navigation, user experience, and conversion rates.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Use various analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    • Provide regular reports on social media and digital marketing performance and insights.
    • Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

    Market Research and Trends:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
    • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing.
    • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
    • Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).

    Compliance Data Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The Compliance Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements by analyzing and interpreting compliance data.
    • This role involves collecting, processing, and evaluating data to identify potential compliance risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance standards.

    Responsibilities
    Data Collection and Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze data related to compliance activities and incidents.
    • Develop and maintain databases and systems for compliance data tracking.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that could indicate potential compliance issues.

    Regulatory Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of compliance-related reports.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.

    Compliance Monitoring:

    • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.

    • Ensure that policies are aligned with current regulatory requirements.
    • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.

    Data Reporting and Visualization:

    • Create and present data visualizations and reports for management.
    • Use data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
    • Develop dashboards to track compliance metrics.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance.
    • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
    • Provide support and guidance to the compliance team and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
    • 1 year experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards and practices.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Advanced degree in Data Science, Law, or a related field.
