    Social Media Specialist

    Job Description

    • The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, improve sales, and drive traffic to the website.
    • This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and online marketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
    • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, conventional media and websites.
    • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
    • Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates).
    • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in Marketing, Communications, or related fields with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and management tools.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and online marketing.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
    • Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
    • Experience with social media advertising and knowledge of digital marketing.

    Visual Content Creator

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video production, and visual content strategy.
    • You will be responsible for creating visually appealing content that effectively communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and design high-quality visual content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
    • Create engaging graphics, infographics, videos, and animations that align with our brand identity.
    • Collaborate with all departments to conceptualize and execute creatives for campaigns.
    • Edit and produce video content for webinars, tutorials, and promotional videos.
    • Ensure all visual content is optimized for various platforms and devices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques to enhance our content.
    • Manage and maintain a library of digital assets, including photos, videos, and design templates.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Visual Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design software.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
    • Excellent understanding of branding principles.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Good communication and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with video production equipment (cameras, lighting, etc.).
