    Strategic Sales Director - Luxury Apparel / Jewelry

    Job Overview:

    • We are looking for a high-performing Strategic Sales Director.
    • The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
    • The sales director’s responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.
    • The sales director’s duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
    • They manage the activities of the sales department, set realistic targets, oversee the managers that report to them and work with staff to keep them motivated.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching, and motivation.
    • Identify and cultivate key accounts within the luxury retail and wholesale channels.
    • Negotiate and close deals with high-net-worth clients and luxury retailers.
    • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify sales opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and territory management.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
    • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven track record in luxury sales with a minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • The ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.
    • Strong negotiating and sales skills.
    • The ability to meet or exceed targets and goals.
    • Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors.

    VIP Sales Manager - Luxury Apparel / Jewelry

    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals to elevate the brand's presence in the luxury market.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' preferences, purchasing history, and lifestyle to anticipate and fulfill their needs.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue from VIP clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new luxury products to clients.
    • Personalized Customer Experience:
    • Ensure the delivery of an exclusive and personalized shopping experience for VIP clients.
    • Coordinate VIP events, private previews, and bespoke services to enhance client engagement.
    • Stay abreast of luxury market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer behaviors to provide strategic insights for product development and marketing.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to align VIP initiatives with overall brand objectives.
    • Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their ability to cater to VIP clients.
    • To actively develop, recruit new customers and sell into all sales channels B2C, B2B, B2G
    • Provide excellent customer relationship management and after sales service.
    • To sell out all inventory of ageing products.
    • To oversee the activities of the account & inventory officer/office assistant and other staff.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on VIP client management and 7 years in managerial level.
    • Experience in top luxury companies and top-tier banks will be an added advantage.
    • Work experience managing high net worth individuals.
    • Work experience working as Affluent and private banker is an added advantage.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an ability to connect with high-profile clientele
