    Technical Sales Manager

    Job Overview

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales, market analysis and business development efforts to facilitate revenue and business growth.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of the renewable solar energy sector, commercial awareness and excellent networking skills to prospect, engage, and secure partnerships with high-profile individuals and businesses seeking solar energy solutions.

    Duties
    Client Prospecting & Relationship Managemen:

    • Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their technical and business requirements.
    • Actively seek out high-profile clients and generate leads through various channels
    • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, generate revenue, and drive business growth
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, installers, contractors, and other stakeholders within the solar energy industry.

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Provide tailored solutions by recommending the appropriate high-capacity solar inverter systems that best suit their needs and align with their budget.
    • Lead negotiations and close deals with high-profile clients.
    • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and functionalities of high-capacity solar inverters effectively.
    • Cultivate a network of industry contacts to expand business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our client base in the solar industry.

    Technical Project Management:

    • Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical guidance and support to high-profile clients as regards their solar energy systems
    • Collaborate with the technical team to conduct product training sessions and workshops for clients and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, managing client expectations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research analyses on product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, competitors, and customer feedback.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, business development, and sales preferably in the solar or energy sector.
    • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts and solutions.
    • Proven track record of securing and managing client accounts.
    • Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Strong work ethic and business acumen
    • Strong emotional intelligence skills.

    Internal Control Team Lead

    Job Summary

    • As an experienced professional in internal control who is ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic supply chain environment, you will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, and reporting key metrics related to those departments and taking corrective actions in coordination with the Financial Controller.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the internal control team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular assessments to identify and evaluate operational, financial, and compliance risks inherent in the organization's activities.
    • Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures.
    • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and data protection laws.
    • Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Support internal and external audit processes by facilitating access to relevant documentation, providing assistance during audit fieldwork, and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.
    • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
    • Stay abreast of changes in the regulatory landscape, industry trends, and emerging risks to proactively identify areas for improvement and enhance internal control measures accordingly.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit and control, specifically within a supply chain environment.
    • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certifications preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willingness to relocate, if necessary.
    • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory requirements.

    • We need a motivated and enthusiastic Surveyor with knowledge/experience in Real Estate Valuation and Other Assets Valuation.
    • As an Estate surveyor, Property Survey, Generating Estate Valuation Report, handling clients Property Accounts, Managing Property, Rental Administration, Sales and Letting of Real Estate and other Assets.

    Responsibilities

    • Traveling to job sites

    Requirements

    • Minimum of BSc/HND in Estate Management
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience under a licensed Professional Estate Surveyor
    • Experience using surveying tools

    • Sales and Marketing Skills
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Proficiency with CAD software
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently.
