    Administrative Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manages a team of administrative officers, training and developing them to enhance performance
    • Oversees daily support activities
    • Handle all the company and employees insurance related issues
    • Handle all External relations issues including Government regulatory issues as it concerns Admin.
    • Ensures completion of all administrative tasks
    • Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols
    • Ensures Fleet Management
    • In-charge of all the facilities and it's management
    • Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives
    • Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels

    Requirements

    • Degree/HND in relevant areas
    • 10 to 15 years of core administrative experience required for this role
    • Must have experience managing more than one location of a company as an Admin Manager.
