    Customer Service Executive

    Job Brief

    • Our client is looking for a goal-driven and energetic Customer Service Executive

    Job Responsibilities / Description

    • Suggest suitable Automobile options that best suite clients' needs
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support through crosselling.
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with new and existing customers through open and interactive communication
    • Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call and message handling quotas
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, messages and mails
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

    Job Requirements

    • HND / BSc in any field
    • 2-3 years experience as a Customer Service Executive
    • Proficiency in English
    • Good knowledge of CRM
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Good verbal communication by following guidelines and policies
