    Customer Success Executive

    Job responsibilities

    •  Manage large amounts of outbound calls and inbound calls, chats, and emails in a timely manner.
    •  Connect with customers via phone email, and chat to provide a personalized help desk experience without scripts.
    •  Resolve customer issues in a timely manner

    Qualification/requirement

    •  A fresh graduate with 1 year experience in Customer Service
    •  Smart and willing to learn
    •  Business acumen
