    HR / Training Manager

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Professional certification such as CIPM/CIPD is an advantage.
    • A minimum of Five (5) years experience in training and development management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
    • Critical thinker with innovative problem solving skills.
    • Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
    • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
    • Thorough understanding of training processes.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Must reside within the island (Lekki-Ajah).
