    Human Resources / Administrative Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
    • Employer-Employee Relations
    • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity and efficiency and reduce costs
    • Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information
    • Creating a safe working environment

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
    • Work experience as an HR and Admin Officer or similar role
    • Experience and using spreadsheets
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Minimum of two years experience
