    Human Resources Professional

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking highly experienced and skilled Senior Human Resources Professionals to join our team for a 3-month project.
    • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in HR, demonstrating expertise in training, HR mapping, strategic planning, onboarding, and organization plan and development. Professional certifications in Human Resources are mandatory for this role.

    Responsibilities
    Training and Development:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Assess training needs, design modules, and ensure effective implementation.

    HR Mapping:

    • Create and maintain detailed HR mapping to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Analyze and recommend improvements to optimize HR processes.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

    Onboarding:

    • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
    • Provide guidance on organizational culture, policies, and procedures.

    Organization Plan and Development:

    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of organizational plans, policies, and procedures.
    • Implement strategies to foster organizational growth and development.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
    • Professional certifications in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in training, HR mapping, strategic planning, onboarding, organization plan and development.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Familiarity with current HR trends, best practices, and employment legislation.
