Marketing Supervisor at Transsion Holdings

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor to coordinate and implement our marketing initiatives and campaigns throughout the organization.

• Conduct market surveys, collect market information, analyze user requests and competing product dynamics
• Plan the activity content of the new product during the main promotion period in the store and follow up the results of the store implementation
• Responsible for docking with suppliers, completing market material production and store coverage
• Fan group operation, paying attention to the quantity and quality of store fans, maintaining fan retention and improving conversion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales
• Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is preferable
• Strong understanding of business and industry
• Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish
• Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders 
• Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs
