    Recruitment Analyst / Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection process.
    • Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Managing client documentation as it regards recruitment and reference checks.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / BSc in HR or any related field.
    • CIPM / professional certification in any HR related course is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hr Consulting.
