    Sales Officer

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities
    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.

    Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize sales revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and performance against targets.

    Market Intelligence:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
