    Telesales Intern

    Location: Ipaja, Lagos
    Employment Type: Internship

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
    • Providing information to customers.
    • Monitoring sales performance.
    • Closing sales deals.
    • Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
    • Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
    • Support in resolving customer complaints.
    • Records the details of Customers.
    • Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in related field from recognized institution.
    • Age:18-28 years
    • 1-2 Year Experience.
    • Must reside around , Iyana Ipaja, ipaja, Oshodi, agege, Abule Egba

    Salary
    N45,000 Plus commission on sales.
