    Your Role:

    As a Brand & Communication Officer, you are responsible for providing support in creating communication and media strategies. In the same vein, you will implement communication activities, track and analyse performance to ensure that the organisation’s overall branding and strategic objectives are met.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the administration of the company’s website and all social media pages, ensuring correctness and brand consistency of information thereon.

    • Respond to inquiries and attend to press releases with management approval.

    • Brainstorm and develop ideas for effective brand value enhancement.

    • Work with other team members to develop, organise and manage company events, including KSS (Knowledge Sharing Session), TGIF (Thank God Its Friday), periodic employee bonding programmes, CSR initiatives etc.

    • Translate company business objectives into creative and executable corporate communications strategies and programmes.

    • Work with the Admin team to produce company-branded collaterals and corporate gift items, including identification and negotiation with relevant vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and business partners.

    • Demonstrate strong judgment in understanding key trends and news elements to develop a successful PR programme with proactive and responsive media relations activities.

    • Work with the Sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies and programmes to promote the branding as well as products and services of the company.

    • Maintain a rigorous and consistent approach to branding, messaging, content, quality, and general look and feel throughout communications and external messaging (touchpoints).

    • Manage a comprehensive employee communications strategy and plan that directly supports the business strategy, vision, and values and use a range of appropriate tools that are measurable.

    Requirement:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/Sciences/Arts/Law from a reputable and accredited University

    • Minimum of four (4) years in similar roles

    Trade and Supply Officer

    Your Role

    • As a Trade and Supply Officer, you are responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate documentation and processing of petroleum products at the shipping line

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor the vessel voyage status to determine the location coordinates of vessels and prepare for berthing
    • Conduct pre-arrival planning for vessels to enable smooth berthing and discharge
    • Facilitate the operations of discharge of PESL's products from vessels
    • Ensure proper record keeping of shipping transactions
    • Interface with government agencies like NPA, Customs, NIMASA, NUPRC to meet regulatory requirements
    • Prepare progress reports on the monitoring of various vessels and provide recommendations

    Skills, Experiences & Requirements

    • You have a minimum of OND in relevant discipline
    • You have a minimum of three years (3) relevant experience in Shipping/ Ports/Maritime Operations/ Logistics
    • You have relevant certification in Shipping or Maritime Operations
    • You are familiar with the industry regulations
    • Operations management is your watchword(Infrequent accidents due to to compliance with operating standards, timely and regular payments to regulators, amongst others).

    Information Technology Officer

    Your Role

    • As an IT Officer, you are responsible for providing first line helpdesk support to staff, assisting with resolution to hardware and software problems and enquiries, as well as directing issues to the relevant stakeholders.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email
    • Manage the Information Technology helpdesk, responds promptly to staff complaints/requests and maintains good technical documentation of all issues
    • Provide remote support to all end users in the business by attending to issues and escalating them appropriately
    • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adheres to all service management principles.
    • Sort requests according to order of importance and forward to the appropriate business decision officer
    • Support users in the use of computer equipment and software by providing necessary training and advice.
    • Escalate issues to the relevant IT Technical team members and Business Decision support officers who have the jurisdiction over the division
    • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software-related problems where possible from the helpdesk
    • Prepare reports, distribute departmental correspondence, file and provide general support/assistance as directed by the unit head
    • Provide general information on IT services and policies as required by end users
    • Maintain a log of various requests and issues
    • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the IT Lead.

    Experiences & Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s / HND in Computer / System / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Applied Physics / Computer Science or a related discipline
    • Minimum of one (1) year experience in the Information Technology Department in a similar role
    • Relevant certification such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) is an added advantage.

    Human Resources Officer

    Your Role

    • As a Human Resource Officer, you are responsible for providing personnel services to departmental customers at optimal cost, time and quality in order to achieve customer satisfaction and departmental objectives.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Provide operational HR services in line with policy guidelines to ensure employee satisfaction at optimal cost, time and quality.
    • Administer the formalities of salary increment, promotions, transfer, payroll processing, entitlements and other benefits to ensure correctness, timely processing and compliance with applicable laws & policies.
    • Implement HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organisation and transactional justice across the company.

    HSSE Officer

    Your Role

    • As an HSSE Officer, you are responsible for ensuring compliance to quality, health and safety procedures and regulations within all operations and locations.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in conducting safety meetings across all locations
    • Keep up to date with industry Occupational Health and Safety regulations
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, community groups and consultants to resolve and give advice on relevant incidents (i.e. fire, large spills, contaminations, injury)
    • Monitor activities in all business locations to ensure compliance with all HSSE procedures
    • Prepare reports on job hazard analysis and health & safety plans, highlighting the inherent hazards associated with work activities
    • Respond promptly to accident/fire/oil spillage reports, escalating major issues to the HSSE Manager
    • Conduct in depth investigations of accidents and prepare reports for the HSSE supervisor
    • Monitors all staff in Operations Department to ensure that they make use of safety gadgets, clothing and equipment
    • Performs regular safety inspections in departments and collates periodic safety report for submission to the HSSE Lead
    • Administers HSSE training for staff e.g. fire drills to members of staff in conjunction with HSSE Lead.

    Experiences & Requirements

    • Minimum of three (3) years cognate experience within the Downstream Oil & Gas Industry
    • Minimum of First Degree in Sciences or Engineering related discipline is required
    • Relevant professional certifications e.g. The Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals or National Board for Occupational Safety and Health.

    Electrical / Instrumental Maintenance Officer

    Your Role

    • As an Instrumental / Electrical Maintenance Officer, you are responsible for the predictive and preventive maintenance of major mechanical and electrical repairs at the Depot.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure proper operation, maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and safety equipment at the Depot.
    • Conduct checks to ensure compliance with the HSE rules & regulations in the use of equipment and facilities
    • Determine effective repairs, monitor maintenance, and report defects that may affect optimum performance of the depot

    Strategy & Commercial Manager

    Your Role

    • As a Strategy & Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing organisation’s strategies and determine our strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities.
    • You will also make recommendations based on internal and external factors to minimise risks and formulate plans to achieve the organisation’s long-term goals.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred
    • 7 - 10 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning
