    Grants Officer

    Office: Programs

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Grants Officer works across all program regions, incorporating teaming up with divisions and resources to guarantee successful and effective Grant-making processes.     Obligations:

    Grant Management

    • Keep up with working information on the Organisation's projects and need financing.

    Program Intern

    Summary:

    StreSERT Integrated Ltd seeks a highly motivated candidate to work as an intern. The Program Intern will work with our client in the education sector. S/he will provide support for multiple programs, including Integrated Development programs in Nigeria and globally. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to gain exposure to several different programs and work at an NGO with a focus on global leadership development.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, especially in a programmatic or administrative capacity. The intern must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong data management and quantitative reasoning skills. Candidates with additional research experience and strong written communication skills are also desirable.

    Key Position Responsibilities:

    The Program Intern will be responsible for supporting the implementation of programs with oversight from Program Coordinators. Key responsibilities and levels of effort include:

    • Conduct relevant contextual research as needed
    • Assist with proposal review and delivery
    • Support overall program development processes
    • Liaise with other staff and Program Coordinators to develop case studies and success stories
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.

    Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

    • A minimum Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-2 years of professional or development experience
    • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently and as a member of a team, especially a cross-cultural, to meet program needs
    • Monitoring and evaluation, data management and analysis skills required
    • Experience conducting research and synthesizing findings
    • Ability to manage diverse activities and supervisors, meet competing deadlines, and have flexibility in changing situations and priorities

    Executive Assistant

    General Responsibility:  This is an administrative position providing support and assistance to enhance effectiveness in every area of the business.

    Activities:

    • Manage appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
    • Prioritize business and meetings commitments, knowing which meetings to accept, decline, defer etc based on the understanding of the urgency or importance of the meetings
