    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:  

    • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.  
    • Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents as needed, leveraging your expertise as a chartered accountant.  
    • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on outstanding issues and projects.  
    • Manage office operations, including procurement of supplies and maintenance of office equipment.  
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management meetings.  
    • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.  

    Qualifications:  

    • Must be a Chartered Accountant with a valid certification.  
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting executive leadership.  
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.  
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.  
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
