    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an astute and highly motivated procurement officer to assist in purchasing and negotiation activities for the company and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
    • The procurement officer’s responsibilities include maintaining positive vendor relations, evaluating supply options, and maintaining accurate records.
    • The successful candidate will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming supplies/ materials for projects and oversea all and ministrative needs within the procurement department.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain relationships with vendors/ suppliers.
    • Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
    • Review all vendors and suppliers.
    • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
    • Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
    • Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
    • Oversee all administrative needs within the procurement department.

    Account Receivable Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Account Receivable Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, invoices, and credits to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
    • This role involves maintaining customer accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize cash flow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Updating and maintaining records of expenditures.
    • Process and record incoming payments, invoices, and credits accurately and timely
    • Comply with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
    • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company. Ensuring that all payments are sent on time.

    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ERP, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Must possess degree in Accounting or Finance.

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team and drive business growth.
    • As Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
    • You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on experiential marketing strategies and campaigns.

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • To provide support in the day-to-day management on an account(s) alongside a senior colleague.

    • Attend regular meetings and provide support to ensure that client’s expectations are fulfilled.

    • Support in the planning and control the production of artwork ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of activations by providing support in monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results.

    • 7+ years of experience in client service, marketing, or a related field
