    Estimator

    Responsibilities 

    • Review company documentation for completeness, content, and comprehension of the shipping contract.
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
    • Coordinate Commercial proposal content with respective company departments.
    • Communicate with the client to clarify the scope and other contractual issues.
    • Coordinate pre-tender and post-tender discussions/clarification with clients/subcontractors etc.
    • Managing bids from vendors and contractors
    • Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis
    • Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
    • Attend briefing; Coordinate various internal/external meetings
    • Liaise with various departments in generating proposal content to determine shipping Rates and Generate Tender Cost
    • Timely submission of Tender
    • Attending contract negotiation meeting
    • Follow up regularly till the final decision by the client.
    • Compiling and recording actual costs
    • And any other duties as deemed necessary by line managers.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree/ HND in a relevant field of Engineering. 
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience in cost estimation.
    • Membership in a relevant engineering Professional Institution is an added advantage.
    • Ability to determine estimated costs
    • Good communication and team building skills – well able to lead and gain the respect of both own team members and 3rd parties (both internally and externally).
    • Ability to improvise/prioritize with little notice without losing attention to detail.

    Enterprise Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Actively involved in sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Security, Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure, and other Value added and professional solutions
    • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
    • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

    Requirement

    • BSc/MSc Degree in Information Technology or related field; Certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset
    • Min of 4 years’ cognate experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive or related role with an Internet Service Provider is a must. 
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

    Marine Mechanical Engineer

    Responsibilities 

    • Operations and maintenance of all equipment onboard the vessel.
    • Record keeping of all maintenance-to prepare vessel reports for all ongoing/completed maintenance.
    • Fuel oil/lube oil/freshwater - all internal or external transfers come under the supervision of the engineer.
    • Daily reporting to management and running hours and schedule maintenance to be carried out.
    • Operations and maintenance of all safety devices.
    • Allocating duties to engineers/crew.
    • Preparing vessels for surveys.
    • Overall in charge of the ship's machinery and systems.
    • Performing quality control inspections and tests on all systems and equipment and installing upgrades, as needed.
    • Ensuring adherence to safety precautions and project timelines.
    • Training and supervising engineering teams including designers, mechanics, and construction staff.
    • Performing maintenance on marine vehicles and equipment.
    • Investigating and diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective repairs.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, marine Engineering or a related field of Engineering. 
    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience as a marine engineer.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
    • Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, and SOLIDWORKS.
    • Sound knowledge of maritime software such as HMI and PLC control systems.
    • Familiarity with maritime HM&E systems and naval construction processes.
    • Experience with a variety of engineering processes including mechanical, electrical, and software.
    • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Physically fit and able to work in strenuous circumstances and harsh weather conditions.

    Requirements.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. MBA or professional certification (e.g., ICAN, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management roles within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Experience in the Mutual Fund market is highly preferred.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build conversation and influence decision-makers at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.

    Dock Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • The Dock Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a shipping/receiving dock. This includes ensuring that all cargo is safely and securely loaded/unloaded.
    • The Dock Supervisor is also responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that shipments are scheduled and routed properly.
    • The Dock Supervisor will be responsible for the training, scheduling, and supervision of dock workers
    • The Dock Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections of the loading dock and equipment, as well as maintaining accurate records of dock activities.
    • The Dock supervisor will ensure proper safety procedures are followed; and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. 
    • The Dock Supervisor will over see the dock drivers and all office equipment and machine.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of bachelor’s degree / HND in any relevant engineering field.
    • Minimum of 5years Proven work experience as a Dock Supervisor or a related role.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively under pressure
