    Finance Manager

    Job Summary:

    • Your principal responsibility will be to prepare financial reports and interpret financial information for the management and assist to maintain the financial health of the organisation.
    • You will more broadly be expected to work in a collegiate manner to promote the success of the Company, and as such your tasks may from time to time extend beyond those defined in this job description. You will be reporting to the CEO. 

    Duties and Responsibility 

    • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. 
    • Develop trends and projections for the Company’s finances.
    • Support to conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Supervision and Management of Finance Officers.
    • Assist in preparing the company’s budget. 
    • Preparation of monthly Management Report 
    • Liaise with audit/tax consultants and finance regulatory bodies to ensure appropriate monitoring and compliance of company finances is maintained. 
    • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. 
    • Any other finance and tax-related duties
    • And any other duties assigned to you in the course of your employment with us. 

    Key Requirements

    • B.SC in Accounts or related field 
    • ACCA / ACA 
    • Master’s Degree in Accounts or equivalent an advantage
    • Proven experience in finance management
    • Five years post-qualification experience 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals 
    • Proficiency in accounting software Additional Requirements 
    • Analytical skills. 

    Additional Requirements

    • Hands-on experience in preparing company accounts 
    • Confident oral presentation and communication skills to influence, persuade, negotiate, motivate and agree on commitments with colleagues in a high-pressure environment 
    • Approachable and able to coach and assist colleagues with accounting problems/issues
    • Numerate and articulate in handling statistics and interpreting information for communication to all levels within the business 
    • Flexible, well organized with lots of initiative, energy and personal motivation 
    • Results-oriented and determined in resolving issues and achieving objectives 
    • Significant experience in conflict resolution and dealing with sensitive issues 
    • A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data
    • Ability to stick to time constraints

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities: 

    • The job is to drive and achieve sales of the hygiene business products.
    • To develop existing as well as new customers, trends analysis and to monitor consumption, technological, and demographic factors so that opportunities may be capitalized and effects of competitive activities may be minimized.
    • To build effective customer relationships and win the confidence of customers as a trusted supplier.
    • The job requires you to be on the field most of the time meet customers, and identify business opportunities.
    • To develop a sales plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals, and profitability in consultation with the Sales Head of Hygiene (Household, Ind. & Institutional. Products)

    Requirements:

    • Well exposed to B2B Sales.
    • Bachelors in Chemistry, Food Science Technology, Applied or Industrial Chemistry. Any management diploma and degree shall be an added advantage.
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales with minimum 2 years of latest experience in similar product line of specialty hygiene chemicals
    • As per the need of the business, the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa

    Lab Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and experiments following standardized procedures.
    • Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
    • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and other analytical instruments.
    • Should have solid
    • Record and analyze data from experiments and tests.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures and results.
    • Prepare reports summarizing findings and present them to senior lab staff or researchers.
    • Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment as needed.
    • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and arrange for servicing when required.
    • Collect, label, and store samples in accordance with standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure proper storage conditions and manage sample inventory.
    • Dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
    • Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years work experience.
