    Head of Finance

    Job Purpose

    • As the Head of Finance, you are responsible for the overall financial integrity, operations, investing and working capital management of the organization.
    • You are accountable for the financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and to report accurate financial results.
    • The accountant will review and reconcile ledgers and financial statements and maintain banking relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the financial operations of the subsidiary and implement operational best practices.
    • Prepare daily reports to the GMD, Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts, arrange for debt and equity financing.
    • Review and reconcile ledgers and financial statements.
    • Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
    • Devise and implement manual or computer-based system for general accounting
    • Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
    • These reports include balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns.
    • Formulating and review of finance policies and procedures
    • Direct and coordinate activities of other accountants performing accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
    • Regular training of accountants within the group
    • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all financial data is correctly captured and reported.
    • Audits and prepares reports to substantiate transactions prior to settlement.
    • Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications & Certifications

    • BSc in Accounting and a minimum of seven years’ experience
    • Professional certifications are an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years’ professional experience in the travel industry.

    Head of Sales

    Job Purpose

    • As the Head of Sales for Finchglow Travels, your responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Head of Sales duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained
    • Actively contribute to the growth strategy and wider business plan of the company
    • Supervise call plan of the Sales team through Business Development Managers
    • Provide accurate forecasts and ensure that all branch targets are met
    • Manage and lead the sales team in the different branches
    • Develop, establish and enforce goals, as well as policies and procedures for the sales team

    Account Manager

    Job Purpose

    • The Account Manager is responsible for managing and providing strategy for all of TCS Finchglow Travels, key corporate accounts through client communications, budget management, conflict resolution, revenue growth, and TCS compliance on account deliverables.
    • They coordinate communication between the sales and marketing teams (Destination & Protocol) and accounts and are responsible for maintaining account and TCS satisfaction.
    • Our Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent the accounts and TCS needs and goals within the organization to ensure business ROI and KPIs are met. Building strong working relationships with accounts to encourage new and repeat business opportunities is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with existing and new accounts to formulate new and repeat business and create revenue models.
    • Secure new business and partners in outlined markets territory and resuscitate dormant corporate accounts.
    • Manage corporate account receivable based on client’s credit policies.
    • Produce detailed status reports and updates on corporate account deliverables and their sales results.
    • Monitor account issues, deadlines, and deliverables with relevant TCS departments to ensure all account programs are handled effectively and timely, and inform the Business Development Manager as needed
    • Collaborate with product development, account management, inside sales, and marketing as needed to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to accounts
    • Execute account contracts and ensure deliverables meet those contract requirements
    • Monitor goals and commission payments for corporate accounts and their performance against targets
    • Develop and maintain documentation for the sales and marketing plan
    • Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met
    • Travel to visit key accounts throughout the year
    • Attend at least 1 trade show annually to represent TCS and meet with existing accounts and to bring in new corporate accounts
    • Oversee database management relating to corporate clients’ records
    • Keep Salesforce updated with client communication and contact information
    • Perform other related tasks as required.

    Qualification & Certification

    • First Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.

    Experience:

    • +1 years’ professional experience outside sales and/or account management preferably with high-value items, and/or luxury brand item.
    • Travel experience and/or luxury jet travel experience is highly preferred.

    Receivable Accountant

    Job Purpose

    • As a Receivable Accountant, you are responsible for maintaining and managing the branch receivables and keeping them within acceptable limits.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Primarily responsible for driving 100% of credit sales recoveries in the branch
    • Responsible for maintain and updating client ledgers on excel and TravCom
    • Responsible for accurate and timely submission of invoices and statement of account to clients.

    Protocol Executive

    Job Purpose

    • The ideal candidate is expected to manage local and international travel arrangements, visa processing, hotel bookings, airport pickups, and other services for Finchglow Travels clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Procure clearance tags at the airport
    • Arrange hotels and airport transfers, travel packages in anticipation of travel for customer
    • Build and maintain cordial relationships with various Government agencies at international and domestic airports to facilitate effective meet and greet services.
    • He/She arranges for transportation where necessary and ensures customer’s schedule does not suffer from complications and delays.
    • Provide protocol to clients at the airport both international and domestic
    • Manage drivers in charge of pick and provide itinerary information
    • To deal with Immigration Authority and airport security force for clearance of clients.
    • Arrange collection of travelers and baggage.
    • Ensure speedy passage through airport – process travel documents.
    • Make airport arrangement pick up and drop; Supervise escort patrol.
    • Protect clients from extortion or harassment by airport authorities.
    • Transferring passengers through the airport.

    Job Summary

    • As a Destination Consultant, your role involves curating bespoke holiday packages, selling, and promoting travel products and holiday destinations tailored to client needs in collaboration with your Line Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Liaise with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers, and resort representatives to get best prices and packages for clients
    • Attend holiday shows, travel and tourism exhibitions
    • Collect and provide comprehensive information and coordinate guest requests regarding hotel services, sporting events, attractions, restaurants, theater, airline, transportation tickets, limousine rentals, sightseeing tours etc.
    • Take enquiries from corporate clients regarding their local and international hotel requirements and handle guest bookings as required
