    Business Development Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the oil and gas industry.
    • Analyze potential markets, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop targeted strategies for business growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, partners, and projects.
    • Lead the development and execution of business development plans, including sales targets, strategies, and objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influence.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the oil and gas industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas sector, including industry trends, key players, and regulatory environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and closing business deals in the oil and gas industry.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

    Human Resources / Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • As the sole HR professional in the company, the HR Officer/Admin is responsible for managing all HR functions and administrative tasks.
    • This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance while also providing day-to-day office management.
    • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with 4-5 years of HR experience who is capable of handling end-to-end HR operations independently.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
