    Service Delivery Lead

    Description

    The Service Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of IT services to meet business needs. This role is critical in driving service efficiency, maintaining compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the IT service delivery team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, a deep understanding of IT service management principles, and excellent communication skill to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the Service Delivery function of the Dangote Group
    • Ensure that trouble tickets are addressed to agreed service levels and contractual commitments through prioritization, incident recording, recognition, isolation, resolution and follow up.

    Job Summary:

    The Head of Stores is expected to execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system efficiency with proper documentation. He/She is responsible for working with procurement on goods inwards and issues to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.

    Job description:

    • Oversee inventory levels, stock management, and supply chain processes to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.

    Academic / Professional Qualifications

    • Professional Certification (CIPS, CILSCM etc.).

    Work Experience

    15 years of relevant work experience in Storeroom Management and Inventory Control in a reputable organization.

    Job Summary:

    Traffic officer is responsible to ensure that there is a seamless process for loading, dispatch of trucks and ensure the safe and free flow of traffic to prevent road crashes and deaths on the roads. The traffic officer is also responsible for enforcing the rules of the road and signs.

    Fleet Officer, DCT

    Job Summary:

    The Fleet Officer, DCT provides support for the implementation of Dangote Cement Transport’s logistics policies and processes by participating in planning and coordinating movement of cement products and raw materials between the Plant and approved areas.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure there is job order raised and signed off before any trucks are sent to the workshop for routine maintenance or accidental repair.
    • Ensure the security of all the trucks of the company including but not limited to arranging tracking for all the trucks within the fleet, engraving all their parts, etc.

    • Track and analyze the vehicles-wise cost of fueling, maintenance, and other recurring expenses pertaining to running of the fleet.
    • Supervise the maintenance of all company trucks within the assigned fleet.
    • Check that invoices received are accurate, and is in line with job order and within budget.
    • Pro-actively monitor the company’s fleet monitoring tracker (NOVA Tracker) for any inconsistencies with the truck’s movements outside the prohibited working locations and hours.
    • Send weekly daily report on the health of the fleets and other related issues arising from the fleet monitoring system. 
    • Raise payment memos for services provided by external contractors.
    • Ensure and implement fleet management and pool cars usage policies and procedures.
    • Any other duties as directed by the Unit Head

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/HND or its equivalent in Transport Management and Logistics, or other related field
    • 3 to 6 years working experience in similar role.
    • Must have excellent negotiating skills.
    • Must have excellent communication and people skills.
    • Must have relationship management skills.

    Job Summary:

    The Talent Manager plays a critical role in the management and development of talent within the organization. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining high-performing employees, ensuring that the organization has the talent needed to achieve its strategic goals. The Talent Manager will work closely with the Head HAM and department heads to create and implement effective talent management strategies.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Masters preferred).
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR etc).

    Experience:

    • Minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience in a similar role.
    • Experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and performance management.
    • Familiarity with talent assessment tools and techniques.
