    Pharmacy Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Answering prescription-related questions
    • Educating patients and caregivers on the appropriate use of medication, including frequency and method of intake or application
    • Helping patients purchase their prescriptions
    • Answering the pharmacy phone
    • Helping patients locate over-the-counter medications
    • Referring patients to the pharmacist for more in-depth medical questions related to prescriptions
    • Managing Pharmacy inventory
    • Processing medical insurance claims
    • Esuring medications are properly stored.,
    • Filling and labelling of medical containers.
    • Maintaining of sufficient stock of all needed medications.
    • Checking the quality and the sources of drugs before dispensing
    • To ensure and adhere to standard pharmacy safety measures and checks, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Academic: Minimum academic qualification of Pharmacy Technician Certificate.
    • Professional License: Must have a valid and updated practicing license
    • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience.
    • Computer skills: Candidate must have good knowledge of computer
    • Registration: The ideal candidate must be a member of the relevant professional body.

    Community Health Workers

    Responsibilities

    • Preparing examination rooms for patient examination.
    • Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures and ensuring patients comfort
    • Performing diagnostic imaging to obtain clear, usable images
    • Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.
    • Participating in pain management for children.
    • Monitoring patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
    • Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to the physician and updating patients’ records
    • Organizing daily procedure schedules for emergencies and monitoring radiographic equipment supplies.
    • Performing scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on radiographic repairs.
    • Performing other administrative task such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments and offering pre-procedure advice.
    • Remaining up to date on the latest developments, rules, and regulations, drug therapies, equipment, and treatment procedures.

    Requirements

    • Academic: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Radiography (BSc, MR)
    • Professional License: Must have valid and updated practising license

    Nephrology Nurse (Double Qualified)

    Responsibilities

    • Assessing and treating patients with or at risk of developing kidney diseases or problems.
    • Reviewing a patient's medical history.
    • Administering medication to patients.
    • Assisting with dialysis treatment.
    • Discussing symptoms with a patient.
    • Helping with diagnostic procedures.
    • Perform dialysis procedures
    • Assess, educate, and treat patients with kidney problems
    • Stabilize patients
    • Assist during surgeries or other procedures
    • Recommend diet options to patients
    • Advise patients on a healthy lifestyle and other ways to attenuate kidney disease
    • Establish and administer effective treatment plans for patients

    Qualifications
    Academic:

    • Relevant qualifications as a nephrology nurse.

    Professional License:

    • Must have a valid and updated practicing license.

    • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience.
