    Senior Finance Manager

    Job Overview

    • The Senior Finance Manager will provide financial oversight and manage day-to-day financial and accounting tasks. This position involves strategic financial planning, analysis, accounting, and reporting activities.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast trends and identify potential risks or opportunities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
    • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor budget performance. Identify areas of cost savings and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) measuring business success, including operational, financial, and impact metrics.
    • Finance Operations: Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with our strategic goals.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits.
    • Strategic Planning: With the executive team to develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan and ensure that financial operations are aligned with the plan. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance financial systems. Implement changes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and automation in operations.
    • Cash Flow Management: Manage working capital metrics to measure working capital performance. Collaborate with various internal and external teams to implement effective strategies to streamline and optimize working capital availability and utilization. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
    • Fundraising: Support CEO in debt and equity fundraising. Identify and contact potential investors, support the Due Diligence process and deal structure and maintain good relationships with investors. Establish relationships with financing partners, debt investors, banks, and auditors.
    • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
    • Analyse the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and propose solutions. Manage safeguarding policy and insurance.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements across the countries that we operate in and establish relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions. Ensure full adherence to all company financial policies by both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Stakeholder and Team Management: Communicate financial and operational performance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals. Manage the finance team.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc in Accounting, Finance or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or tax management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Competent financial leadership and technical skills
    • Strong technical understanding of financial concepts relevant to managing operational working capital
    • Strong financial modeling skills including expert proficiency in Excel, and other data analytics and/or visualization tools
    • ACCA or ICAN Certification.
    • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

    VP - Product

    Job Summary

    • The VP of Product is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the product strategy for the company.
    • This role involves managing the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives across the multiple markets Renda plays in.
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, the competition, and technology trends, and will be adept at leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that aligns with business objectives and solves customer pain points.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Develop and manage a product roadmap that addresses market needs and supports the company's strategic objectives.
    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch activities.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • 6-7 years’ work experience with progressive growth from operations to product leadership or within the product management vertical preferably at a logistics, enterprise, SaaS or ecommerce startup.
    • Demonstrated expertise in data-driven end-to-end product development, a strong product craft and a technical background, with previous experience building and setting vision for platform products
    • Resourceful and innovative to overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges

    Legal Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Legal Manager will oversee the legal aspects of the business, ensuring that all business transactions are compliant with the law and regulatory requirements.
    • This role involves providing expert legal advice to the business, handling complex legal matters, and managing legal risks related to the company’s operations, contracts, and business activities as well as working with various teams to ensure that all business transactions are compliant with the law and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Legal Advisory:
      • Provide strategic legal advice to the business on business initiatives, compliance issues, and risk management.
      • Interpret complex legal documents and provide clear, concise legal counsel.
    • Contract Management:
      • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including service agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other B2B and B2C contracts.
      • Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and protect the company’s interests.
    • Regulatory Compliance:

    Job Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a legal managerial role, preferably within the logistics or technology industry.
