    Logistics Officer

    • We are currently seeking a Logistics Officer at our facility in Awka, Anambra State, to manage the dispatch of outgoing goods, supervise loading operations, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain accurate inventory records to support the company's logistical needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the loading of goods into trucks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.
    • Manage and supervise loaders involved in loading and unloading activities.
    • Prepare and issue waybills for outgoing shipments.
    • Ensure to meet all loading targets as this would be the key performance indicator.
    • Keep accurate records of all outgoing finished goods, including quantities, price, color and destinations.
    • Prepare and submit reports on logistics activities, including order fulfillment status and inventory levels for management review
    • Monitor warehouse inventory levels to identify shortages.
    • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely production and replenishment of inventory.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during loading and transportation.
    • Address and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during loading and unloading activities.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient outbound logistics operations.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum of HND in Logistics, Business administration, Supply Chain Management, or in a related field.
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics, warehousing, or a related role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics operations.
    • Willingness to work long hours.
    • Willingness and ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities.

    Procurement Officer

    • We are currently seeking a Procurement Officer at our facility in Awka, Anambra State, to effectively manage the procurement of raw materials, oversee inbound logistics, and ensure timely replenishments to support the company's operational needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all procurement processes for raw materials and other inbound goods.
    • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
    • Oversee the receipt of all inbound logistics and keep records of all goods received.

    Assistant Accountant

    • We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Accountant at our facility in Awka, Anambra State.
    • The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for assisting the Accountant with all financial related tasks to ensure efficiency in our operations.

    • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and high level of integrity and professionalism.
