    Network Manager

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Plan, design, and maintain FMN Group's network infrastructure, which includes network security, core switching, core routing, wireless, IP phones, and WAN/LAN.

    THE JOB

    • Take a lead role in major network initiatives, network designs, and deployments as well as coordinating technical issues with internal and external teams.
    • Lead the development of knowledge of FMN's network resources (e.g. file servers, network operating systems, e-mail systems, user accounts, and related components) for designing, implementing, and maintaining existing network-based technologies.
    • Ensure the development of standards, procedures, and documentation for ensuring a secure network environment.
    • Take proactive measures in ensuring a secured network across all FMN infrastructure.

    Demanding Planning Manager

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Responsible for developing, implementing forecasting, demand planning strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts, and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.

     THE JOB

    • Develop forecasts based on historical data and industry trends to predict future sales volume and identify potential problems.
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth by researching new markets and products.
    • Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to discuss current trends in their territories.
    • Work closely with commercial, supply chain and site operations teams to ensure no stock outs of key products.
    • Coordinate with production staff to ensure that adequate supplies of raw materials are available for manufacturing processes.

    Internal Control Checker

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    responsible for the effective and efficient loading and offloading operations. Implement productivity, quality and control standards and achieve the agreed business targets within stipulated timelines.

     THE JOB

    • Verify all stock to be unloaded/loaded into trucks
    • Track hourly load out and unloading activity at the depot
    • Ensure trucks are attended to in a timely manner to achieve depot truck turnaround Time (TTAT) target.
    • Conduct daily cycle count to achieve inventory accuracy of 100% at depot
    • Oversee loading and unloading activity to ensure stacking follows approved Stacking Pattern Standard (SPS)
    • Partake in monthly wall to wall stock count, and provide insights for root cause analysis
    • Ensure loading and unloading documents are duly signed off before dispatching drivers
    • Record keeping and archiving of all inbound and outbound consignment
    • Ensure all inbound and outbound trucks conform with FMN safety standards
    • Ensure only wholesome products are received and issued from the warehouse
    • Ensure products are loaded from deport based on FIFO/FEFO to prevent SLOB.

     THE PERSON MUST

    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Have the ability to efficiently manage and minimize the time it takes to receive, process and manage inventory at a site.
    • Possess the ability to constantly deliver complete and accurate orders to customers on time.

    Inventory Officer

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Deliver Inventory management and control services required to maintain the highest standard of inventory accuracy and efficiencies. Coordinate all planning data to facilitates the supply of spares in the right quality and quantity.

     THE JOB

    • Implement replenishment planning for local, overseas, and production plans to reflect actual consumption, thus facilitating stock replenishment.

    RDC Logistics Assistant

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB
