    Production Technician

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain production equipment
    • Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
    • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
    • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
    • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
    • Perform routine maintenance on equipment
    • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
    • Keep accurate production records
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes
    • Train new employees on production processes and equipment

    Requirements and Skills

    • Associate Degree in a technical field (preferred)
    • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
    • Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
    • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
    • Strong attention to detail and quality control
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.

    Senior Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, inventory, assets and bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and reports.
    • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Assist in the development and management of annual budgets.
    • Monitor budget implementation and expenditures to ensure alignment with financial plans.
    • Provide financial forecasting and analysis to support strategic planning.
    • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
    • Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial disclosures.

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Accountingor Finance required.
    • A Certification in Accounting is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
    • Strong financial analysis skills.
    • Organization and strong attention to detail
    • Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
    • Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner.
