Recruitment Officer II at SWA Nursing

Job Description

• To work in the Lagos office of an international health recruitment firm
• Coordinate information of partner organizations in other cities and Lagos.
• To check and verify documents and credentials from candidates.
• To welcome and offer appropriate information to clients via various media.
• Use computers, Microsoft Office, and other software to process data.
• To collate and store data confidentially and according to international data protection regulations.
• To liaise with our international offices and staff as required.
• Will be expected to attend trainings and events relevant to job description as planned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a University Degree (Upper Second-class) or HND (Distinction) in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Recruitment, Human resources, or management.
• Excellent English language communication skills both in written and oral forms.
• Confident, smart, and with great use of initiative
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in the use of IT computer systems and Microsoft office tools.
• Excellent social and people skills in dealing with members of the public.
• Able to work effectively in a team and as an individual.
• Ability to travel within Nigeria and outside as required (international passport essential)
• Attention to detail and excellence in the course of duty and ability to adhere to international standards as required.
• Able to engage via social media.
• To work together in a dynamic team both in Nigeria and abroad according to international best practices.
