    Sales Associate

    Role summary:

    • As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales team in reaching targets and driving revenue growth.
    • You’ll engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our SaaS solutions effectively.
    • If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

    Role Deliverables:

    Sales Support:

    • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
    • Conduct market research to find potential clients and opportunities.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.

    Customer Engagement:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions to prospective customers.
    • Provide detailed information about product features and benefits.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.

    Sales Operations:

    • Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the team to align sales strategy and activities.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new features and updates.
    • Provide feedback from customers to help improve our products and services.

    What we are looking for:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.

    Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
