    OFS Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets for Oilfield Services (OFS) products and solutions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the oil and gas industry.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and industry partners.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in sales management within the Oilfield Services industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • ⁠Experience in oil & gas or energy sector 
    • ⁠Experience in Tender management 
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of OFS products and the oil and gas market.

    Senior Procurement Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
    • Manage the entire procurement process, from item sourcing, vendor selection to contract negotiation and project management.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
