QUALIFICATION / TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience in server administration, network management, and technical support, preferably within a web hosting environment. 
• Knowledge of DNS, networking protocols, and web hosting technologies (cPanel, WHM, Plesk, etc.). 
• Experience with security protocols such as SSL, encryption, and firewall management.
