    Civil Work Planner 

    Job Purpose / Objectives:

    • To support the activity planning process for routine and non-routine maintenance activities, so that activities are properly scoped and confirmed ready for execution before scheduling.

    Basic functions & Principal Responsibilities:

    • Field verification of job scopes and execution requirements for routine and non- routine maintenance job requests, and preparation of work packs/job orders in
    • Pacer/SAP for scheduling and execution.
    • Ensures that HSE considerations are included in all work plans, including preliminary risk assessments, PTW conditions, JHA requirements, etc.
    • Prepares activity database, identifying required actions, originator, relevant equipment tag/unique id, specific requirements such as scaffolding, lifting and rigging, inspection requirements etc.
    • Prepare planning templates with normalize duration and resource allocations for all activity types and prepares trend analyses for use on future job planning.
    • Optimizes use of resources on activities, including materials, manpower and equipment, whilst minimizing duration.
    • Monitors and coordinates material availability to ensure materials are available for planned activities.
    • Interfaces with other maintenance disciplines to incorporate any interfaces and
    • SIMOPS issues into the activity planning process.
    • KPI reporting for civil maintenance activities.

    Job Requirement:

    Education:

    • HND or BENG in Civil or Structural Engineering.

    Experience

    • A minimum of 3 - 5 years engineering/construction/inspection/maintenance experience in the oil and gas industry

    Key Competency Requirements:

    Technical / Business Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of civil/structural engineering.
    • Hands on competency in the use of data base programs e.g. Microsoft Excel and Access
    • Hands on competency in the use of PACER and SAP
    • Working knowledge of industrial HSE policies and practices e.g. Observe, Intervene and Report, SSOW, etc.

    Interpersonal Skills:

    • Strong leadership skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Possess good report writing, planning and relationship management skills.

    Triconex Engineer

    Basic functions & Principal Responsibilities:

    • input to the review and application of safety instrumented system (SIS) design and applications.
    • Carry out routine health monitoring and maintenance activities (PR) on the plant safeguarding system and fire and gas system.
    • Support the OEM in SIS troubleshooting and carrying out corrective maintenance activities; participate in faulty hardware replacements.
    • Support the OEM in developing scope of work for SIS related activities to implement modification as part of turnaround or plant change procedure.
    • Participate in IPF protocols development and review.
    • Carry out ‘‘force’’ application SIS logic in accordance with Shell and SIS Supplier’s standards.
    • Contribute to the development of relevant procedures and work instructions for the plant Triconex PLCs; maintain SIS testing procedures and process safety management function documents As-built.
    • Support the PCD Administrator in the administration of portable medias (including laptops), and access points within the PCD.
    • Recording of activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Audit purpose, performance Analysis, Procedures and Work Instructions improvement, and system continual improvements.

    Job requirements

    Education

    • A minimum of BSC/HND in Engineering or Sciences (Electronics/Electrical, Physics Electronics, Instrumentation, Control or Mechanical) or any other professional certification required for the job + computer literacy.

    Experience

    • A minimum of five (5) years’ post graduate experience in general field automation in the oil and gas industry with at least 2 years in similar function in an LNG plant or in a petrochemical company

    Technical/Business Skills:

    • Experienced in necessary safety critical functions as identified, assigned, and defined in the bowties to ensure that the effectiveness of the control barriers and recovery measures are maintained.
    • Working knowledge level on Field Instrumentation, Process Automation and Safety instrumented Systems.

    Interpersonal Skills:

    • Working Knowledge level on People, Management and Communication.

    Competencies:

    • HSSE Awareness and basic understanding.
    • Working Knowledge level on Problem solving.

    Maintenance System Analyst 

    Job Purpose / Objective:

    • Support the AMS Maintenance Execution (ME) and Turnaround (TA) process owners and coordinate the analysis and evaluation of technical performances of the ME and TA business processes to enable continuous improvement in operational reliability, asset integrity and process safety.

    Basic functions & Principal Responsibilities:

    • Support the AMS ME and TA process by Working with Engineering and Maintenance organizations to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes. Set up and maintain automated data processes. Document all process for future reference.
    • Collaborate with Maintenance Organizations to collect and analyse data. Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients using graphs, charts and other methods to visualize data. Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings to help drive continuous improvement.
    • Monitor and manage the Maintenance Backlog, Concessions and Deferrals. Issue weekly reports for PMLT, monthly reports for all Maintenance Organizations using Pacer to ensure we maintain high availability / reliability. Set up one on one sessions to educate and update users on the importance of managing outstanding jobs.
    • Produce Monthly Asset Integrity Report on or before the 2nd of any new month with key inferences and findings. Monitor all Safety and Production critical KPI’s to ensure no job goes overdue without prior notice and escalation. Issue weekly reminders on overdue jobs and soon to overdue jobs on the CMMS.
    • Perform weekly data quality checks by cleaning up and standardizing inconsistent, incomplete, and inaccurate data in order to reduce equipment downtime, leverage reporting functionalities, identify and dispose of excess inventory, and improve maintenance efficiency.
    •  Provide support for the integrated activity plan and work with Planners to maintain Planning libraries to improve work preparation that would aid execution of job within the allowable timeframe
    • Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data. Share report with Maintenance management.
    • Support in analysing and visualizing of Benchmarking trends in other to drive continuous improvement.

    Job requirements

    Education:

    • Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering is required.

    Experience:

    • 5 years post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent working as a maintenance engineer / technician in a reputable organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
