    Human Resources Coordinator

    Position Overview

    • We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team.
    • The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, supporting our efforts in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks to help foster a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
    • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and workshops, tracking attendance and feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues, fostering a positive work environment and open communication.
    • HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee surveys and wellness programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
    • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS (experience with [specific HRIS software] is a plus).

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (5+ years preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Certification from a recognized HR body is a plus.
