    Manager - IT and Product Control

    Mission:

    • The IT/Product Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the integration, management, and optimization of banking products and IT systems to ensure no deficiencies in the product or system, seamless operations, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Maintain the integrity of financial data, manage system controls, and implement technology solutions that enhance product efficiency and security.

    Description:

    Experience:

    Senior Manager - NES Service Delivery

    Mission:

    Responsible for the overall management of the Network Enterprise Services planning and service delivery units, providing the focus and support required to the team, including managed and outsourced service providers, to achieve agreed KPI's, SLA's, milestones, and quality solutions.

    Description:

    • Provide focus and support for FBB and EB Sales teams, enabling the achievement of set strategic objectives.

    Education:

    9–17 years’ experience, including:

    Manager - Pricing Voice International and Roaming Services

    Mission:

    To ensure that strategic and marketing decision-making is supported by an accurate, efficient, and effective marketing and financial modeling information support system, as well as leveraging internal and external research.

    Description:

    • Review and evaluate trends and advances in telecom technology markets, provide product feasibility and forecasts, and develop a business case.

    Coordinator - NES Regional

    Mission:

    To manage a team of managed service vendors responsible for the operations and performance of Enterprise Solutions products and services, using data analytics to improve business performance.

    Description:

    • Provide governance for all managed service vendors and Tower Co. in the region across the different technologies supported.

    Engineer - Radio Access Performance

    Mission: 

    • To measure the network indicators and provide the network division with data and information.

    Manager - Customer Analytics

    Mission: 

    • To ensure the MTN Marketing Report standards are in strict compliance with the MTN organizational standard.
    • To lead the team in data mining, analyzing, and reporting customers' behavior to management so as to understand and meet their needs.
    • To ensure key performance indicators are reported accurately and timely to MTN Group and Regulatory.

    Description:

    • Provide analytical commentary, interpret, and analyze the impact of activities on revenues and subscriber profiling.

    • Provide support for campaign segmentation analysis as required.

    • Identify multiple relationships and disconnects using big data analytics to identify trends in customer dynamics.
    • Ensure that all information and data collected, stored, shared, and reported are in line with MTNN guidelines.
    • Build and maintain up-to-date information on the MTNN subscriber profile.
    • Deliver on key business metrics, i.e., subs profiles, revenue, ARPU, churn, product performance, competitive environment, and their relevant metrics.
    • Define and maintain business meta data for EDW.
    • Manage and report on the market share and provide appropriate advice on the emerging market trend.
    • Perform evaluations and produce reports on promotions, products, and other activities within MTNN marketing (including promotions, products, etc.) to give MTN a competitive advantage in the telecoms market.
    • Communicate detailed, accurate, timely, and easily accessible information to all MTNN subscribers.
    • Gather and analyze a variety of subscribers’ information and data relevant to business operations, market and customers.
    • Liaise with IS and other departments to ensure Marketing and MTNN requirements are met by the EDW.

    Education:

    • A first degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related discipline
    • A Masters degree (MBA or M.Sc.) in any of the afore-mentioned disciplines will be an added advantage.

    Manager - Geo-Marketing Analytics

    Mission: 

    Manage and support commercial performance in Nigeria at the micro-market level, utilizing analytical tools to generate key reports, analysis, interpretation, and distillation of intelligent information and actionable insights from internally and externally sourced customer data towards ensuring business revenue and market share targets are met and exceeded.

    Description:

    • Use market analysis, customer satisfaction, and internal service costing data to develop and manage value-based pricing strategies across the full range of MTNN products and services.
    • Ensure the integrity of enterprise financial information by applying the correct business rules and ensuring they are adhered to.
    • Prepare key analytics for the engine room program to determine priority areas for review and the types of new analysis required to understand and drive commercial improvement.
    • Manage the dashboard tool, field surveys, and initiative tracker tool, and create new tools as required.
    • Follow up on progress on initiatives and coordinate collaboration across the organization (e.g. Network Group, Information Systems, Sales & Distribution) to ensure an impact on business results:
      • Regular consultation and follow-up with S&D regional leaders and the customer consultant ensure the execution of agreed actions and initiatives. 
      • Proactive identification, mitigation, and escalation where required of challenges facing the Engine Room Program implementation. 
      • Follow up with the Regional S&D Engine Room Program head to ensure the Engine Room Program meetings are scheduled and are held. 
    • Manage two engine rooms comprising up to 300 LGAs and drive increased revenue growth in LGAs undergoing Engine Room Program initiatives.
    • Review and evaluate the weekly engine room program dashboards as a preparation for the regional engine room programs and discuss:
      • Discuss dashboard results with the Engine Room Program leader and Customer Consultants (CC) leads ahead of the Engine Room Program meetings.
    • Assist Engine Room Program leaders to escalate issues or requests and liaise with Head Quarters (HQ) functions for quick resolution: 
      • Support escalation from Engine Room Program leaders to the National Engine Room Program.
      • Track and monitor Engine Room Program activities and ensure timely resolutions of escalated issues or requests.
    • Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of geospatial and location-based data from various sources.
    • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to derive insights on market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
    • Leverage location data for strategic decision-making.
    • Analyze network coverage, service quality, and infrastructure gaps based on geographical insights.
    • Optimize network deployment by identifying high-traffic areas and coverage gaps.
