    Senior Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • The Senior Sales executive is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate customers in the tyre market to gain patronage.
    • The individual must have must have past experience in sales of heavy machinery and paint, spare parts and batteries with secondary sales. with a good network base in the B2B sphere.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage accounts through the full sales lifecycle beginning with business development, prospecting and requirements definition through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
    • Act as the single point of contact for partner and direct customers and assume accountability and responsibility for escalation of issues to appropriate departments and personnel
    • Participate in weekly activity and pipeline review calls, provide activity, and account updates as requested.
    • Scout and develop new business leads across the various needing industries .
    • Set, track and achieve/exceed sales, adoption and engagement targets, aligned with company objectives, over 3-monthly periods.
    • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.

    Director of Strategic Sales and Partnerships

    Job Description
    Strategic Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion through door to door sales, trade associations, bulk channels and strategic alliances.
    • Must be able to grow sales 7x and get to at least 2B NGN in monthly sales within 4 months by Dec. 2024.

    Customer Relationships:

    Sales Strategy:

    Performance Metrics:

    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and partnerships, adjusting plans as needed to ensure success.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the CEO, senior management team, and other departments to align sales efforts with the company’s strategic goals.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.

    Account Management:

    • Manage and grow existing accounts, and ensure achievement of regional sales goals.

    Compliance:

    • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with legal requirements and best practices.

    Fundraising Support:

    • Collaborate with the CEO to develop fundraising strategies.
    • Prepare documentation for fundraising efforts, including pitch decks, investor presentations, and financial summaries. Map relevant investor and funding landscape, prepare and submit applications and keep fundraising crm up to date and attend investor meetings with the CEO

    Investor Relations:

    Competitions and Applications:

    Job Description

    • Our client is looking to hire an executive assistant/project executive for their CEO The individual must possess business acumen as would be required to manage assigned business projects on behalf of the CEO.
    • This role will Report directly to the Group CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
    • The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for staff, board members, and clients on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO.

    Responsibilities
    Executive Support:

    • Will be required to manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
    • Will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Will Plan, coordinate and ensures the CEO’s schedule is followed and respected.
    • Will Communicate directly, and on behalf of CEO, with Board members, on matters related to CEO’s initiatives.
    • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
    • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
    • Manage the Executive’s contacts. Be responsive of emails/texts/phone calls with contacts, within and outside normal business hours.
    • Conserve the Executive’s time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
    • Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs.
    • Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have organizational impact.
    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company.
    • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

    Senior Management Liaison:

    • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
    • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all- staff meetings
    • Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans
    • Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stake holders.
